Liz Harkins
Liz has been involved in digital media production for over a decade. She helped pioneer the annual “New England Lights! Camera! Action!” conference, and continued her aspirations as a journalist, teacher, and digital videographer/editor at the New England Institute of Art and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She has interned at ABC 40 in Springfield, MA and worked for UVC TV 19. She has worked in three local access stations prior to Wrentham Cable 8 including Milford TV, Amherst Media in Amherst, MA and Needham Community Television in Needham, MA. When Liz isn’t working she is adventuring with her family. Liz was referred to MassAccess by past president Melinda Garfield and has been a MassAccess Board member since 2021. Since her appointment to the board, Liz has been an active Events committee and Membership Committee member helping facilitate events like the Creator Awards and the Spring Conference. The best part of working with MassAccess has been working with great like-minded individuals who are involved purely due to their passions in the access and digital media field.
