Cape Media Center is adding a new position to the organization’s leadership team. The Board Chair is working collaboratively with Executive Director, Helen Chatel, to ensure the center finds the right candidate to fill this exciting new position. To assist in the Managing Director search, Cape Media Center is pleased to be partnering with local firm, Wallin Search Group, headed by Kendra Wallin.
CMC’s Managing Director will provide leadership and build upon the culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence. Under the direction and guidance of the Executive Director, the Managing Director will oversee aspects of the day-to-day operations of the organization, including managing staff, ensuring quality programming and maintaining positive community partnerships.
