The Studio Coordinator in conjunction with the Production Coordinator is responsible for overseeing studio/office operations during business and off business hours. Coordinating with SLCT membership to produce community-based productions and media projects on premise (3 Studio Locations). Assist the Access Manager in overseeing volunteers in live production settings.
- Assists the Executive Director and Access Manager with coordinating, planning, administration, implementation, and finalization of all studio media productions.
- Assists Access Manager with bulletin slide creation for all channels.
- Aids the Production Coordinator in ensuring the production equipment is maintained in proper operating condition; maintains a detailed inventory of equipment, recommends replacements as necessary in accordance with organization appropriations.
- Responsible for the setup and direction of live governmental productions.
- Editing of member productions.
- Execution of Studio Maintenance Schedule.
- Perform office duties. (Greet visitors, answer phones, forms management, filing, etc.)
- Provides off-hours training for current/future members.
- Membership processing. (welcome packets, forms, fee collection, badge creation)
- Equipment check-in and check-out.
- Works with Executive Director on graphical designs for the Corporation.
